Rv Awning Does Not Roll Up Straight

One rv repair place tried but couldnt fix it and the arms remained cockeyed preventing the roller from clicking in safely.

Roll the awning up and watch which way the fabric travels left or right as it rolls up and then slide the fabric in the roller until when rolled up the fabric does not walk left or right.
